Ways to Give
Your donation can change a life. It means a safe place to stay for a domestic violence survivor and her children. It means counseling for a child who is recovering from trauma. It means a trained responder on the other end of the phone line—24 hours a day, 365 days a year—for rape crisis situations. It means a first apartment and a second chance for a family that was once homeless. Partner with us today to keep this important work going. Here’s how you can give:
1. Make a secure, online donation. Click here to donate now.
2. Call us at 559-741-7310 to make a credit card donation over the phone during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
3. Mail your check to Family Services, 815 W. Oak, Visalia, CA 93291.
4. Set up a monthly credit card donation so you can help sustain Family Services’ mission throughout the year! Click here to get started.
In Kind Donations
We are always in need of gently used clothing for women and children of all ages and sizes (including shoes, bags, hats, belts, etc.).
If you have items to donate, please drop them off at 815 W. Oak, Visalia, CA 93291 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Please be aware that we are unable accept donations outside of the hours outlined above. For public holidays, please call ahead to 559-741-7310 to ensure that the office will be open.
Unfortunately we do not have the staff and time available to clean or mend items so we ask that all clothing donations be in good condition (gently used or new) and clean.
We also have need for other larger or more specific items from time to time. Below is a current wish list of items. If you have a furniture item or other large donation piece, please contact us with a detailed description of the item. Please note that we can only offer pick-up for large items that are a high need.
